Happy New Year, friends!

I had a pretty enjoyable time the past few days. I spent 4 days, including New Year's Eve/Day in New 0rleans. It was absolutely fabulous. Incredible food and fantastic music. The only thing I could do without was the 30-40 degree weather. Brr!

That's about it. Right now, I'm enjoying my school break, while working on my PhD apps. I have reduced hours at work, which is sucky, but also nice because I get more me time. But whatevers.
